Thanksgiving marks the beginning of the holiday season. Relatives travel from near and far in order to gather around the painstakingly prepared buttery carcass of an odd looking bird, partake in arguments, and casual “what are you doing with your life” conversations from distant relatives who you can’t quite remember the names of. While the 3:00 dinner start time will leave you in a food coma for the rest of the day, have no fear, college football is here! You and your relatives will gather around the glow of the 70 inch flatscreen that your dad and uncle got for Pop Pop last Christmas while kids run wild around the house in an effort to burn off the four slices of pie and all those cookies Mamaw kept feeding them.
