The haunting new adaptation of “The Joker”, Directed by Todd Phillips, chronicles the life of Arthur Fleck. Fleck, plagued with a vague history of mental illness, struggles with how to make ends meet in his crummy job as a clown-for-hire and children’s entertainer while aspiring to one day not be marginalized and becoming the stand-up comedian he’s always dreams of.
Not surprising, based on it’s incredible success , fans of the film have already begun tattooing Phoenix’s ‘Joker’ character on their bodies.
